Ingredients
Coriander, chilli, turmeric, fennel, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves.
Suggested Usage
Stir into chicken, mutton or beef curries for a rich, traditional gravy. Add to taste during cooking.
